Shop With Liv sells squishies — soft, slow-rise toys, hand picked by Liv. Collections are small and seasonal. When a drop sells out it doesn’t come back, and a new one takes its place.

Prices are shown in US dollars on every product page and include no hidden fees. Shipping is added at checkout before you pay.

Flat rate $6.99 anywhere in the United States, and free on orders over $100.

Orders are packed and posted within 1–3 business days. Once it’s on its way you’ll get a tracking number by email, and you can check the status any time on the Find my order page — no account needed.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Squishies can’t be returned because you changed your mind. They’re made to be squeezed, and once one has been handled we can’t sell it to anybody else. Please choose carefully — every squishy has photos and a description, and we’re happy to answer questions before you buy.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered email us within 7 days of it arriving and we’ll replace it or refund you in full. Send a photo — it’s the fastest way to sort it, and it usually means you don’t have to post anything back.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take a few days to show it.

Haven’t received an order? Get in touch and we’ll chase it — you won’t be left out of pocket for something the post lost.

Include your order number if you have one — it’s in your confirmation email and makes everything faster.

We collect only what’s needed to send you a parcel: your email address and your shipping address. That’s it. No accounts, no date of birth, no phone number required.

Card details never reach us. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a certified payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

If you join the next-drop email list we’ll email you when a new collection lands — roughly once a season. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we don’t sell or share your address with anyone.

Squishies appeal to kids, so checkout here is deliberately adult facing. We don’t offer accounts, we don’t ask for a date of birth, and we don’t knowingly collect any information from children. Orders should be placed by an adult.
