Shop With Liv is operated by Shop With Liv in California, United States. Throughout this page “we” and “us” mean that business, and “you” means the person placing an order.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t order.

Orders must be placed by an adult (18 or over). Our products appeal to children, but this shop is deliberately built for adults: there are no customer accounts, and we don’t ask for a date of birth or a phone number.

If you’re under 18, ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

We sell squishies — soft, slow-rise novelty toys. Collections are small and seasonal, and when a drop sells out it usually doesn’t come back.

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Shipping is added at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you’ve placed an order.

We try hard to keep stock counts accurate, but if something sells out between your order and our packing bench, we’ll contact you and refund that item in full.

Photos are taken of the real products. Colours vary slightly between screens, and handmade or novelty items vary slightly from one to the next.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a certified payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Your card is charged when you complete checkout.

If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order and return the items to stock.

Deals apply as described at the time you order. If more than one deal could apply, you get the best single one — deals don’t stack. Discount codes may be limited in time or number of uses, and we can withdraw a code at any point before it’s used.

Full details are on our shipping and returns page. In short: flat-rate US shipping, dispatch within 1–3 business days, and 7 days from delivery to report a damaged, faulty or wrong item. Squishies aren’t returnable for a change of mind.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, tell us and we’ll sort it out — you won’t be left out of pocket for something the post lost.

These are novelty toys, not food, and not intended for children under 3. They may contain small parts. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.

Don’t bite, cut, or open a squishy. If one tears, splits, or starts leaking, stop using it and keep it away from children and pets. Don’t heat it, freeze it, or put it in a microwave.

Use the products for their intended purpose. We can’t be responsible for what happens when they’re used in ways they plainly weren’t designed for.

If you believe a product is faulty or unsafe, stop using it immediately and email hello@shopwithlivv.com. We want to hear about it.

Except where the law says otherwise, our total responsibility to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We’re not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses — for example lost time, lost profit, or an event you missed because a parcel was late.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Some states don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You keep all rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Please don’t try to break into, overload, scrape, or interfere with the site, and don’t use it for anything unlawful. The words, photos, and design on this site belong to us; please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Before anything formal, please just email us — almost everything gets sorted out that way.
