What we collect, why we need it, and how to get rid of it. It's a short list on purpose.
Last updated September 2, 2026
The short version
We collect the least we can get away with: an email address and a shipping address, so we can send you a parcel and tell you where it is. No accounts, no advertising trackers, no selling your data to anybody. Ever.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, and shipping address, plus what you bought and what you paid.
When you join the email list: just your email address.
When you email us: whatever you write, and your email address so we can reply.
We never see your card number. Payment happens on Stripe’s systems. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, and the last four digits are never stored by us.
We don’t collect: dates of birth, phone numbers, passwords, or anything about you from other websites.
Why we have it
To take your order, pack it, ship it, tell you it’s shipped, answer your questions, handle returns, and — only if you asked — email you when a new collection drops.
We also keep order records because we’re required to for tax and accounting.
Who else touches it
A small number of companies do specific jobs for us. They only get what they need for that job, and none of them may sell your information:
Stripe — takes the payment.
Resend — sends our emails and receives yours.
Supabase — stores orders and products.
Vercel — runs the website.
The carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) — gets your address so they can deliver the parcel.
That’s the whole list. We don’t run advertising pixels and we don’t share anything with social networks.
Cookies, and what we use instead
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there’s no cookie banner nagging you.
We do count how many times each page is looked at, and which site sent you here — just the site’s name, like “youtube.com”. It’s a tally and nothing more: no cookie, no account, nothing stored that points back at you. It only tells us whether anybody is finding the shop.
Your cart is kept in your own browser’s storage so it survives a refresh. It never reaches us until you check out, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud. That’s covered by Stripe’s privacy policy.
Pages with a YouTube video load YouTube’s player, and YouTube sets its own cookies when it does. That’s covered by Google’s privacy policy, not ours — we don’t receive anything from it.
Children
Our products appeal to children, but this shop is built for adults. Orders must be placed by someone 18 or over, we don’t offer accounts, and we never ask a visitor how old they are.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you’re a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it straight away.
Emails you asked for
If you joined the next-drop list, you’ll hear from us roughly once a season. Every email has an unsubscribe link and leaving takes one click.
Buying something adds you to that same list, so you hear when the next drop lands. Same one email a season, same one-click unsubscribe — and if you’d already unsubscribed, buying again does not put you back on it.
Order confirmations and shipping notices aren’t marketing — they’re part of the purchase, so those get sent regardless.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email list entries stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Emails you send us are kept while they’re useful for supporting you.
Your rights
Email us and we will: tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. No forms, no hoops.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — for example under California or EU law. We’ll honour those requests the same way, and we don’t sell personal information to anyone, so there’s nothing to opt out of.
One limit worth being straight about: we can’t delete a completed order record if we’re legally required to keep it for tax purposes.
Security, honestly stated
Traffic to this site is encrypted. Card details never reach our systems. Order records are held in a database that only the shop’s own server can read, behind a password only we have.
No system is perfectly secure, and we won’t pretend otherwise. If something ever went wrong in a way that affected you, we would tell you.
